Every peptide we ship is ≥99% pure by reverse-phase HPLC (area under the 214 nm peak), identity-confirmed by ESI mass spectrometry (within ±0.5 Da of theoretical), and endotoxin-tested below 0.5 EU/mg by LAL assay.

Verum Analytics, a contract-testing laboratory in Bern, Switzerland. Every batch we release goes to Verum for HPLC purity + MS identity confirmation. The resulting COA is signed and dated.

Yes — every batch's COA is publicly browsable in /coa-library. No login required, no email gate. If a supplier will not show you a COA before purchase, that is a red flag.

Every vial carries a batch verification code on the label. Enter it at /coa-library and it resolves to the exact PDF for that lot — signed by Verum Analytics, dated, and matched to your batch number.

It is rejected and does not ship. Failed batches are physically destroyed and a new synthesis is queued. We do not repackage failed lots or ship batches that do not meet our ≥99% purity gate.

Yes — a batch-matched printed Certificate of Analysis is included in every box. The same PDF is also downloadable from /coa-library at any time.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are stable refrigerated at 2–8 °C for normal-use timeframes and long-term at −20 °C protected from light and moisture.

Under the recommended storage conditions (−20 °C protected from light), the shelf life is typically documented in the peptide literature as ≥24 months for the majority of sequences we supply. The COA that ships with your batch prints the specific expiry date.

Brief transient warming during shipment (up to a few days at room temperature) is generally not an issue for lyophilized peptides — that is why they are freeze-dried. Sustained warm storage over weeks can lead to degradation, though. When in doubt, refrigerate or freeze on arrival.

Once reconstituted (typically with bacteriostatic water for laboratory use), refrigerate at 2–8 °C and use within 3–4 weeks per general peptide-handling literature. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.

Unopened, cold-chain-intact vials can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus return shipping. Opened vials are non-returnable due to the nature of the product.
